Abstract Linear extended state observer (linear observer, LESO) is the core component of linear active disturbance rejection control control, LADRC), and its performance critical to effect. The ADRC applied speed loop permanent magnet synchronous motor system with a double closed-loop strategy. By adding scale factor utilization efficiency observed signal observation improved. On this basis, hybrid switching strategy adopted achieve smooth transition between traditional ESO improved ESO, avoiding imbalance chattering caused by direct switching. Finally, are compared analyzed through simulation, which verifies effectiveness superiority
